Onsite maintenance of Steam Turbines is carried out by experienced Technicians backed by Standard Operating Procedures.  Our Quality Management System is accredited under ISO9001-2015, to provide consistent high quality service with complete traceability.

Maintenance Services can be tailor made to suite your requirements. These include,

Additionally, all our Onsite Maintenance activities can be backed by our unique Remote Monitoring TurboVision. Remote monitoring added the missing dimension to ensure your Turbine works 24X7 at peak efficiency under any given situation.

        Repairs

        Unforeseen situations demand Repairs, our Technicians are well trained to undertake Onsite Repairs. Technicians are backed by Qualified Engineers to execute complex Repair Jobs within time and resources. We are further backed by our registered external providers for 3D Modeling, CAD and 3D Printing Technologies to attend Repairs needing deeper understanding and analysis. Our ISO 9001-2015 Accredited Service Workshop is fully equipped with Dynamic Balancing Machines and Steam Boiler for Live Steam Testing besides other necessary equipment to undertake overhauls and modifications.
